The Queen City FC Adult Indoor Soccer League is for any adult age 18 or older who wishes to play in a league game once per week. All games are played at the Arena, aka the 7th Ave Gym with boundary walls to play the ball off the wall. The game is played 5v5 and will be Monday evenings with occasional games Tuesday evening or Sunday evening as needed based on number of teams.
League registration includes a jersey, refereed games, standings, playoffs and finals. Players can register as part of a pre-formed team or register as a free agent and be placed on a team. Teams are co-ed. Preformed teams must have a captain and the captain needs to list the players on their online registration form.
Anyone that is at least 18 at time of registration can register as a free agent for either or both programs. Preformed teams may be formed for either program but must follow the below guidelines.
Competitive League Preformed teams must name at least 6 and not more than 10 players (if you only have 6, you can name just 1 male & 1 female, but if you have more than 6 you must name at least 2 males & 2 females). Captains will need to list these players on their online registration form. The remainder of the team will be filled with free agents equally if there are less than 10 players.
Recreational League Preformed teams must list at least 5 players but not more than 6 players and must have 1 male and 1 female. Captains will need to list these players on their online registration form. The remainder of the team will be filled with free agents equally.

There will be no Over-40 league this season. We are trying a new format with a competitive adult league and a recreational adult league. Please feel free to participate in one of these programs.
Please know that indoor soccer is not and should not be as physical as the outdoor game. It is a priority of QCFC to keep all players safe from injury. We will be working diligently with the referees and scorekeepers to create an environment where players are not being unreasonably physical. We all want to be able to go to work the next day.
