Queen City's Rec Soccer (formerly Vigilante Soccer) is a program of recreational youth soccer in Helena Montana for boys and girls born in 2001 - 2015 (age 5-18).
Our recreational soccer program utilizes a street soccer format. This is a style of soccer where all players in an age group practice and play together.
Instead of assigned teams for a season, each game day the players gather and are divided into teams for that game; next game they are divided differently.
This allows a player to meet, practice, and play with everyone in their age group. This also allows a player to learn from all coaches in that age group to promote development of a diverse set of soccer skills.
Registration is open to all regardless of skill or experience and everyone plays a minimum of 50% of each game. Recreational teams play the majority of their games on their home field at Sierra Park next to Rossiter School.
For the 6U and 8U age groups, practices are once a week, usually on Tuesdays. Games are played on Thursdays.
For 10U and older, practices are once a week, usually on Tuesday or Thursday. Games are played on Sunday afternoons.
The same uniform is used each season. If you have the uniform pictured above, you do not need to purchase another. Please ensure to mark the correct option when registering.
